Forging
Our modern induction furnaces heat billets efficiently to produce high-quality blanks in various materials. Manufacturing numerous head configurations from Hex, Square, D-Heads, 12 points, Socket Capscrews, Flange Bolts, and Durlocs are all expertly forged on our vertical Etchells bolt makers. These versatile machines allow us to produce a wide range of bolt heads with precision and reliability. The vertical forging process we utilize helps in achieving accurate dimensions and consistent shapes, catering to diverse industrial needs.
In-house tool making proves invaluable on short lead times. Our dedicated tool-making team works tirelessly to create bespoke tools and dies, ensuring that we can respond swiftly to urgent orders. This capability not only reduces dependence on external suppliers but also allows for greater flexibility and innovation in our manufacturing processes. By keeping tool production within our facility, we maintain stringent quality control and can rapidly adapt to new requirements or specifications.

Our CNC section includes lathes and Millers for all precision components and are operated by fully qualified engineers with several years of experience.
